Civil War Essay Contest The Western Pennsylvania Civil War Round Table is pleased to sponsor an essay contest for the Junior High students at Quaker Valley. The topic will be "Is the message of the Gettysburg Address dated or is it still applicable to today's society?" Prizes will be awarded and all who participate will receive a gift. Detailed plans will be forthcoming. Volunteers are still needed. Contact Ken Gould to offer assistance.
